Before founding her coaching practice, Lilli Zinaman spent a decade shaping employee experience and organizational culture inside high-growth startups and global tech companies. She began her career in New York City, working closely with founder-CEOs, VCs, and executives across Fintech, SaaS, and crypto to hire and develop top talent. Her work focused on building environments where both people and performance could thrive.

She later moved to San Francisco to lead LinkedIn’s Workplace Experimentation program: an industry-first initiative that used employee data to inform the design of high-performing teams and spaces. At Gensler, she partnered with senior leaders to develop innovation and culture strategies tailored for the post-COVID world of work.
